  I am very unhappy with this company. I spoke to a representative yesterday about them charging me for two days of electricity even though they knew that we have moved to another location . And because my husband told them we would be out by the 12 th. That's that .... we could only give them an estimated time line at the time....why not follow the paper trail????? obviously common sense tells us moving is a stressful time and i don't know anyone who has a crystal ball and can foresee the future.Things can change people tell you they will help and don't show up...Hello!!!! Its called extenuating circumstances...So we left the old place on the 10th. 2 days early and its on paper but no to bad we still have to pay someone else's bill. No empathy , no resolutions. That to me is pure laziness and greed. Consumers would have handled that completely different. What ever happened to if its on paper that's that... I am disabled and living on one income...with a child, I don't have money to throw away. If I had the choice i would not do my business with local greedy bussinesses.
